Accessing Your Virtual ID Cards

2023 Qualifying Tournament instructions

REMINDER: You MUST have a GotSport login to complete this process. If you do not have a GOTSPORT account, please contact your club administrator. Teams without a club administrator can create a new GOTSPORT account on the tournament registration link below. Please follow the steps below to complete your QT registration.

1. Complete Tournament Registration using the following link:

During the application process please upload your 2023/24 *official roster when prompted during the application process.

*If your official roster has not been generated and not available to upload at the time of registration for the QT, you will need to upload it into your GotSport Account by July 9th. To upload after registration please follow these steps:

Login to your GotSport Account
Click on Team Management and click on the team associated with the QT
Click on Team Registrations
Click on 2023 GCL Qualifying Tournament Round 1
Click on Registration
In the pop-up window, Click Edit and navigate to the question that asks you to upload your roster. Once you select your roster, click save.

2. Payment of $900 is due at registration: check, credit cards are accepted (There is a processing fee for Credit Cards. )

If you're paying by regular check , please select that payment option. There is no processing fee for check payments. They should be mailed in time to be received by July 9. Cash will not be accepted, REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 5PM JULY 9th.

3. MANDATORY MANAGER'S MEETING July 12th (Tuesday at 7pm via zoom) We will forward you a registration link for the zoom meeting.

4. July 25th -5pm Rosters will be frozen, no additional changes will be allowed.
Prior to the roster freeze, If you make Roster Changes in GotSport you must upload a new Official Roster reflecting those changes AND hit the NOTIFY Button and leave us a message. Follow the steps above to re-upload your roster if necessary. You must notify use the notify function to let us know that a roster change has been made so we can approve it.

5. July 27 Round 1 Tournament begins.

Managers / Coaches

ALL current PHOTOS must be present in your GotSport Account. No exceptions.

ALL JERSEY #s must match your Virtual ID Cards and Roster. No exceptions.

No photo = No Play, Wrong Jersey Number = No Play.

Managers, please make sure you have a copy of your Medical Releases with you at all times in case needed.

If there is a roster issue at the field, FIND A LEAGUE OFFICIAL. Referees can NOT change a game card or authorize a player to play if their jersey # does not match or they are missing a photo.
